Auxiliary aids and services are available for individuals with disabilities, including written materials in accessible formats and video remote interpreting services for the deaf or hard of hearing.

Accessible Care

As a telehealth practice, our services are inherently accessible to patients who have difficulty traveling to in-person appointments due to disability, mobility limitations, or chronic illness. We are committed to ensuring that our technology platform and communications are accessible to all patients.
